Welcome to Showstoppers!
Acclaimed Australian music theatre producer and performer Simon Gallaher presented a unique opportunity for young aspiring, up-and-coming performers and students to attend a 15-day summer school workshop program during the January holidays of 2007. Showstoppers offers a 15-day challenging music theatre summer school and workshop schedule in Brisbane during the summer vacation period and it is hoped that future workshop programs will be planned. No workshops are now planned for January 2009 due to Simon producing and presenting a major musical in Adelaide at this time.
No future dates are currently set however this website should be used for reference purposes and to illustrate the merits of the program.

Some of Australia’s most respected teachers, directors, choreographers and performers conduct classes in song, dance, drama, theatre craft, presentation and performance in what is the most comprehensive and advanced workshop experience of its kind. From beginners to advanced, the summer school culminates in a combined grand spectacular arena-style performance held at a major Brisbane performance venue.
